Do you accept coupons?

Ambrosia Newmarket will accept coupons from Canadian suppliers and manufacturers.   However, we do not accept coupons on items that are already on special or reduced price at the time of purchase.

Why don't you carry a particular product anymore?

Many of the health food products sold at Ambrosia and throughout Canada are imported from the United States. With short notice, the Canadian government often disapproves of certain products coming across the border and discontinues further sales of the product within Canada. Furthermore, American corporations often discontinue product lines into Canada, as the regulations between Canada and the United States are quite different and selling to Canada is often not financially feasible.

What is a PREFERRED CUSTOMER and what does it give me?

At the Newmarket location we have a PREFERRED CUSTOMER program that rewards our customers for shopping at Ambrosia.  When you enroll, by completing a sign-in sheet, we are able to do the following for you on your next purchase:

1.  You earn one appreciation point for every dollar spent on regular priced items (we exclude items already on special pricing) and you may spend your appreciation points in the store (100 points = $1)

2.  If you loose your receipt then we can look up your last purchase.   

3.  If you forget what size or brand you purchased last time, then we can look it up for you.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Interac.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! Ambrosia offers gift cards in amounts of $25.00 or more.

What is your Return Policy?

Eligible items (IN RESELLABLE CONDITION) may be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase with the original CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Please note that we cannot accept the return of the following items, for any reason: items on Monthly Specials or Sale, Books, Bulk and Bulk that we package, Homeopathics, any item from the fridge or freezer, Stainless Bottles, Appliances if used, or any Special Orders.
